
The Group's strategy is to exploit the platform provided by its existing operations in order to drive revenue and margin growth in its current operating businesses. Management believes that the geographical spread of the business and its global office infrastructure will support an increase in its operational activity. The recently announced merger between Ineum Consulting and Kurt Salmon Associates and the continued re-emergence of Alexander Proudfoot are expected to enhance the Group's ability to successfully execute this strategy and will result in a larger and more integrated global consulting practice.
The Board is focused on organic growth and has no current intention to make further significant acquisitions.
