Directors' / PDMR's Shareholdings 

In accordance with DTR 3, the Company announces it has been notified that Alan Barber, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, and his wife, Pamela Barber, have acquired further ordinary shares of 1 pence each ('Ordinary Shares') in the Company.  

Mr Barber acquired 25,323 Ordinary Shares and Mrs Barber 150,000 Ordinary Shares on 15 June 2012 both at a price of 22 pence per Ordinary Share.  Following the acquisition of these shares, Mr Barber has a notifiable interest in 2,200,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.44 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
