Each project plan and solution design is reviewed by a group of senior solutions architects and designers with over 30 years of collective experience to ensure project quality and best use of technology to meet each client’s particular needs.

Moreover, what makes our methodology so successful is how we incorporate and utilise a specific set of deliverables and outputs designed to facilitate communication, collaboration and the client involvement that is so critical throughout all phases of an implementation. These deliverables allow all participants to understand each step, provide input and feedback, review decisions made, see what is accomplished, as well as receive documentation for each phase of the process.

Satisfaction

We ensure our clients satisfaction through a process that involves sophisticated measurements of specific dimensions of our project methodology. Further, satisfaction polling takes place at key points throughout our clients' on-going projects. These reports are reviewed by our Design Review Council and used for our teams quarterly incentive programmes.

Our people

We hire senior and experienced staff, many of whom come to us with advanced technical degrees and/or MBAs. Before being assigned to any projects, our consultants complete an extensive CBH training programme and then attend our technology partners training. This series of test projects and exams helps to ensure competence. These two programmes combined produce the equivalent of an MBA in performance solutions.

Once in the field CBH consultants are teamed up with an experienced mentor, to ensure they receive the best in continued training on evolving technologies and techniques. CBH invests heavily in this training to ensure our consultants are prepared for your projects.
